Puppy Socialisation is crucial to ensuring that your puppy matures into a polite, confident adult.

Tuesday and Friday mornings are dedicated to puppies at our daycare, with our carefully managed “Puppy Socials” run by accredited trainers from 9:30am to 1:00pm. Puppies can join as soon as they’ve had their second set of vaccinations, up until 6 months of age.

Who can attend Puppy Socials

Puppies can attend from two weeks after their second set of vaccinations is complete.

Puppy Socials are also perfect for little adult dogs, including toy breeds who may be more comfortable with smaller companions.

Which days and times do your run your puppy socials?

Puppy Socials run on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 9.30am until 1pm.

How much is it?

9.30am – 1pm: £35

What is included?

– 15-minutes of individual training per session

– Ongoing group training and puppy socialisation

– Mental stimulation including scentwork games and enrichment activities

– Plenty of indoor off-lead fun and play

– Small group walks on our private field

– Ample rest and dedicated group “settle” time

How does your membership work?

To maintain a stable and comfortable environment for all dogs, we operate on a membership system. This means:

· Your dog will attend the same slots each week
· Monthly payments are automated for the start of each month
· A 30-day notice period applies if you wish to discontinue

Is there a pick-up and drop off service?

No, not at this time.

What kind of training can be done with my puppy during their individual training slot?

Our aim is to improve upon your puppy’s skills. This could be teaching them new behaviours such as a “settle”, “stay” or “down”. Or working on their loose lead walking, recall and on-lead greetings with others.

Can I provide meals for my puppy?

Any meals provided will be suitably stored and given according to your instructions.

What is the vetting process?

Your puppy will require an assessment to join Puppy Socials at Daycare to ensure that they are happy and confident without you in this environment.

Can I book ad hoc?

Ad hoc days can be booked once your dog has an active membership and are subject to availability.

My puppy requires regular medication, can they attend daycare?

Yes, as long as they are fit and well they can attend daycare. All of our staff have passed their Ofqual Level 3 Canine First Aid qualification and we are able to suitably store and administer medications according to instructions.

Are you licensed?

Yes. We have a 5-star license with higher standards, with Elmbridge Council.
